Magnum P.I. to work on PC's in Texas
So I thinkI remember this law coming up last year, but it's coming back around again because it is being challenged. In a round about way you now need either a criminal justice degree or a three year apprenticeship.
The Penalty = $4000 and up to a YEAR in prison.... Are you kidding me?
IF I were to live in a state that were to do something like this I would do my best to organize all I.T. types to refuse to work on ANY PC or NETWORK issues until they repealed such a law.
It really is stupid laws like this one that cause Unions to form.
