A Zune in every driveway and a lager property tax bill in every mailbox.

I really don't have a propblem with kids learning with the aid of the latest tech, but is this a good allocation of schoold funds???

If I remember correctly good teachers enhance education.

I see an upside to this, have 1 set of "district" teachers pumping out podcasts and video podcasts. At the schools you could have college students getting a senior course credit to "tudor" them with questions about the lesson plans.

I wonder if the teachers unionswould endorse such a plan... My guess is no.
